Three paths
Client advisory, specialist roles or corporate functions
Career paths at Assidu can develop in several directions, depending on each person's skills, experience and aspirations.
Client advisory
We provide training and support to help our advisers develop expertise in insurance, pension provision and risk management.
With experience comes the opportunity to participate in our client portfolio succession programmes: senior advisers approaching retirement gradually transfer responsibility for their client portfolios to younger colleagues over several years.
This approach ensures continuity for clients while giving developing advisers genuine access to an established client base rather than requiring them to build one entirely from scratch.
Specialist and client service roles
Our advisers are supported by highly experienced in-house specialists in areas including risk management, occupational pensions, personal pension planning, public procurement and claims management. These specialist roles provide technical expertise that can make a decisive difference in complex situations.
Our client service specialists provide the operational support required by our advisers. These roles are central to service quality and are particularly suited to people who want to develop in-depth technical expertise.
Corporate functions
We also recruit expertise from outside the insurance sector, including software engineering, project management, marketing and communications, and administration.
These roles are suited to people who want to contribute to the development of the company without working directly in client-facing positions.
Training, dialogue and career development apply to every role, without exception.
Continuing education
Training as a long-term commitment
Each development path is defined jointly, taking account of the employee's responsibilities and professional objectives.
- Swiss federal professional qualifications in insurance, social insurance and financial advice
- CAS programmes in Insurance Management
- IAF diplomas
- Other targeted training relevant to the employee's role
Assidu finances the training and supports employees throughout their studies. These qualifications strengthen the quality of our advice and represent a lasting professional asset.
