A first estimate, in a few minutes
Insurance, pensions, tax and mortgage financing shape important decisions, often for many years. These calculators help you find your way through the figures and scenarios.
How to use them
Tools to find your bearings, not to decide alone
The calculators give you an initial assessment on your own, with immediate guidance on your personal or family situation.
Every situation, however, is different. Assidu's role is not limited to comparing figures: we analyse the overall picture, identify any risks and guide you towards informed decisions that remain sound over time.
01 · Pensions
Your tax savings with Pillar 3a
Contributions to Pillar 3a are deductible from taxable income: the most immediate benefit to put a figure on. Enter your details to estimate it, based on the applicable federal, cantonal and municipal tax rates.
Edit details
The following table shows the details of the annual tax savings calculation through Pillar 3a contributions. The taxable income is derived from the gross income minus the social insurance contributions, the social/flat-rate deductions available at federal and cantonal level, and the planned Pillar 3a contribution. The deduction values and tax rates used are based on the tariffs from the Federal Tax Administration (FTA/ESTV).

Our role
A calculator gives you a figure. An adviser helps you understand what it means for you.
02 · Financing
The affordability of your property project
The calculator applies the criteria of Swiss banks to your project and tells you whether it is affordable today: the relationship between your income, your equity and the financing.
Indicative estimate. Affordability is tested at an imputed rate of 5%, maintenance of 1% of the value per year and repayment of the second mortgage over 15 years.
