Assidu SA is a family-owned company founded in 1979 and operating in Ticino since 1982. Today, we are a leading independent insurance and pension brokerage firm, ranking as the largest insurance broker in Italian-speaking Switzerland and among the top 20 brokers nationwide.

Our history began with the pioneering vision of our founder, Pierre Dubied, who established the business in Court (BE) with a clear principle: to exclusively represent our clients' interests through a neutral, transparent and sustainable approach. The formal establishment of Assidu SA on 1 January 1992 reinforced this identity and laid the foundations for consistent growth.

With over 45 years of experience, we have successfully transitioned into our third generation. We manage an annual premium volume of CHF 200 million, which continues to grow, supported by a team of 80 qualified professionals.

Our strength lies in our neutrality and independence: a solid, fully independent ownership structure (100% of the share capital is held by the founding family and members of the management team), no exclusive agreements with insurance companies (80 partners), and complete transparency regarding our mandates and remuneration.

This independence enables us to make long-term decisions guided by reputation, stability and the development of lasting relationships, rather than short-term financial considerations.

We place our clients' interests at the heart of everything we do, providing tailored solutions across all insurance lines, pension provision and mortgage financing.

As part of our growth strategy in Italian-speaking Switzerland and, more broadly, across French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced professional who shares our long-term vision and our core values of transparency and loyalty.

Putting people first

At Assidu, we believe that our greatest strength lies in our people. People are at the heart of our corporate culture: we foster an inclusive environment where every opinion matters and is valued.

We encourage open dialogue and individual contributions to help shape the company's future together. Joining Assidu means more than simply becoming part of an organisation: it means being recognised and heard as a professional whose voice actively contributes to our collective success.
